Today's internet provides many ways to stay "up to date". Weather, politics and celeb gossip! Everywhere you go, there always seems to be way over publized celebs. The internet being one of the easiest ways to read about the lives of the rich and famous.

I wonder why the celebrity news is so popular. Did you know that the first celebrity news magazine was actually started by the promoters of celebrities? You can't be famous if noone knows who you are.
It makes it interesting when you see stars who are constantly in the public eye (because many of them still are able to lead very private lives) complain about being stalked by the press.....
The other question too becomes - why is it that we need to know every little detail about our favourite star???
Your deffinitly right, you can't be that famous if no one knows you.
Many celebs try to lead a "private life" but sometimes doesn't work out that well. Many people will read anything about celebs. Even just them doing normal day to day things.
Good Question..Why do we need to know every little detail about our fav stars? What makes their lives more interesting then ours?
